WHAT DOES KHATAN MEAN IN MALAY?
Circumcision
Consciousness means cutting the excess skin on the confined part of both men and women. The circumcision or "uncircumcised" is one of the ways to clean the hard acne because the penis and vagina are the place where breeding germs can be harmful. According to Imam Shafie, Imam Malik and al-Auzai and others circumcision or circumcision is obligatory for a Muslim. Most scholars believe that circumcision is obligatory when the child is nearly age-old or puberty. The boy's abduction is compulsory while caring for the girl is commendable and not compulsory.
