Yellow
Yellow is a light color that stimulates both red and green retina cone cells, but not blue cone cells. The light with a 565-590 nanometer wave is yellow, though the composite light is both red and green, such as mixing orange with green light of banana shoots, or red with green light, also produces yellow light. Yellow light is one of the main subtractive colors, and its complementary color, as defined by science, is blue. However, due to the characteristics of paint pigment, the painter and the painter, traditionally, regard the complement color as purple. The CMYK system for color printing based on the use of four ink, one of which is yellow. This yellow color on itself is not the standard color, though the range of yellow ink used is relatively narrow.
