Mesyuarat

Mesyuarat yang gagal mencapai kehadiran ahlinya sebagaimana ditentukan oleh tataurusan persatuan, dianggap tidak sah dan sebarang keputusan yang dicapai tidak boleh dianggap sebagai keputusan yang mewakili pertubuhan berkenaan.
