WHAT DOES TANWIN MEAN IN MALAY?
Tanwin
Arabic has a tanwin character which means an additional suffix in the noun or adjectival word. The tanwinic sign indicates that the word or adjectival has a declaration and is not marked in terms of its syntax as definite word clothing. There are three diacritical marks for the vowels and these signs show the endings for: -un, -in, and -an. Marks are often written merged with ا alif, ة or alone as ء. A alif must always be written unless it ends with tā' marbūṭa or hamza or is a diptote, or even, or is not written. Since the Arabic language has no definitive article, the name in the context of its syntax is not marked as a definite word is thought to be uncertain. This leads to the assumption that tanwin is a marker for uncertain words or adjectives, hence it is as if an article is uncertain.
