Gin

Gin

Gin - Anglo-Saxon type of juniper, colorless, clear alcoholic beverage. After distilling the mash with the addition of berry juniper it should contain 35% - 40% alcohol. Dry gin and London dry gin are his two most popular types. Usually mixed with other drinks to relieve astringent and bitter taste. It is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages used for drinks. Considered as an alcohol that can be mixed with anything, most often with a tonic, or lemon or orange juice. In contrast, gin mixed with vermouth gives the martini effect. Gin was founded in the 17th century in the Netherlands under the name of Genever. Popularity gained in England, under the abbreviated name of Gin, where he reached mainly thanks to William III. It is an excellent aperitif. Initially, due to very liberal production rules, it was uniquely associated as the cheapest alcohol for the lowest spheres. It is interesting to note that gin and tonic are considered a drink that has allowed the British to occupy and sustain India. Gin - anglosaski rodzaj jałowcówki, bezbarwny, klarowny napój alkoholowy. Po destylacji zacieru z dodatkiem jagód jałowca pospolitego powinien zawierać 35% - 40% alkoholu. Dry gin i London dry gin to jego dwa najpopularniejsze rodzaje. Zazwyczaj jest mieszany z innymi napojami, by złagodzić cierpki i gorzki smak.
