WHAT DOES TABLETKARKA MEAN IN POLISH?

Tablet

Tableting machine - a device for forming tablets by compressing them from loose, dusty and granular materials. It is used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. There are two main types of tablets: shock and rotation. They differ in the mechanism that ensures compression of the tablet mass with adequate force. The manufacture of tablets consists in mechanical crushing of granules or pellets, consisting of an active substance mixed with the appropriate excipients. Pressing is done on a suitable matrix that shapes the tablets. Three stages can be distinguished in this process: filling the matrix with tablet mass, pressing and pushing the tablet out of the die opening. The basic elements of the tablet are: ▪ matrix, giving the tablet shape and size ▪ punch, pressing the powder in the matrix. Patterns and inscriptions can be engraved on the stamp, which are embossed on the surface of the tablet. ▪ hopper, dispensing the appropriate amount of pellets or granules ▪ a mechanism providing adequate pressure.
