Catatonia

Catatonia is a disturbance of motor behavior that may have either a psychological or neurological cause. Its best known form involves a rigid and still position that can last for hours, days, or weeks. But it may also refer to purposeless motor agitation even without environmental stimuli. A less extreme form of catatonia involves very slow motor activity.
