Sepiidae Wikispecies has information on: Cuttlefish Cuttlefish, cuttlefish or sepal are marine mollusks of the Cephalopoda class, order Sepiida. The cuttlefish have an inner shell, paint pouch, eight arms and two tentacles. They have a camouflage capacity considered superior to that of a chameleon; its incredible ranges of colors are due to special cells, the chromatophores. A timid animal, cuttlefish have both day and night life, feeding on other small beings, such as shrimp, fish and others. Os chocos têm uma concha interna, bolsa de tinta, oito braços e dois tentáculos. Possuem uma capacidade de camuflagem considerada superior à de um camaleão; suas gamas incríveis de cores são devidas às células especiais, os cromatóforos. Um animal tímido, os chocos têm uma vida tanto diurna como noturna, alimentando-se de outros pequenos seres, tais como camarões, peixes e outros.
