The general name given to the prepayment for reserving the person who is temporarily closed for temporary payment for the payment of the total amount of money required for the purchase of the property, the service, or the movable or immovable property. Payments to be made in legal terms must be clearly stated in written agreement between the recipient and the donor in writing. Possible inconveniences, for example; the economic person is not eligible to receive the purchase of persons with the reason of giving up the written description of the terms of a contract that contains the definition of "withdrawal" if the person does not have the legal right to claim the right to withdraw.

Olası oluşabilecek olumsuzluklar, örneğin ; ekonomik durumun alıma uygun olmaması gibi sebepler ile kişi alım yapmaktan vazgeçmesi durumunda yazılı kapora tanımı içeren sözleşmelerde "cayma bedeli" gibi bir tanımı yok ise cayan kişi hukuki açıdan kaporasını geri talep etme hakkına sahiptir.
