Iris, bisulfide is a sulfuroorganic compound of 2S. Iprit was first obtained by the German chemist Victor Meier in 1886. This was preceded by the work of the chemists Despre, Nieman, Gutman, who investigated this class of compounds, but did not distinguish it in its pure form. Pure mustard is a colorless odorless oily substance. It is poorly soluble in water and unlimited - in many organic solvents. In the time of World War I, it was used as a fighting poisonous substance for the skin-impulsive action. International designation of mustard as a chemical weapon - HD.
