Analytical chemistry is the development and analysis of material composition, structure of the method, so that the chemical composition can be qualitative and quantitative, chemical structure can be determined. Qualitative analysis can find the chemical composition of the sample; quantitative analysis can determine the content of these components. Analytical chemistry is one of the most basic training of chemists, and chemists are trained in experimental techniques and basic knowledge to analyze chemistry. The instrumental analysis method uses instruments to measure the physical properties of the analyte, such as light absorption, fluorescence, conductance, and the like. Instrument analysis methods such as electrophoresis, chromatography, field flow classification and other methods to separate samples. Contemporary analytical chemistry focuses on instrumental analysis, commonly used analytical instruments have several major categories, including atomic and molecular spectrometers, electrochemical analysis instruments, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray, and mass spectrometry. Analytical chemistry other than instrumental analysis is now collectively referred to as classical analytical chemistry. Classical methods (also known as wet chemical methods) often separate samples (such as extraction, precipitation, distillation, etc.) based on color, odor, or melting point. Such methods often do quantitative analysis by measuring the weight or volume. ...
