graphite
Graphite is a mineral name, usually produced in metamorphic rocks, is coal or carbonaceous rocks (or sediments) by the regional metamorphism or magma invasion formation. Graphite is an elemental element of elemental carbon. Each carbon atom is surrounded by three other carbon atoms, arranged in a honeycomb-like hexagon, with weak van der Waals gravitational attraction between each layer. Since each carbon atom emits an electron, the electrons are free to move, so the graphite belongs to the conductor. Graphite is one of the softest minerals, opaque and greasy, color from iron black to steel gray, the shape was crystal, flaky, scaly, striped, layered or scattered in the metamorphic rocks. Chemical nature is not active, with corrosion resistance. ...
