La Absolución es un término teológico tradicional para el perdón experimentado en el Sacramento de la Penitencia. Este concepto se encuentra en la Iglesia Católica Romana, así como las iglesias ortodoxas orientales, las iglesias anglicanas y la mayoría de las iglesias luteranas. Absolution is a traditional theological term for the forgiveness experienced in the Sacrament of Penance. This concept is found in the Roman Catholic Church, as well as the Eastern Orthodox churches, the Anglican churches, and most Lutheran churches.
