Clawback
Una provisión de clawback o clawback es una cláusula contractual especial típicamente incluida en contratos de trabajo por firmas financieras. El objetivo de la cláusula es garantizar una opción a un empleador para limitar los bonos en caso de cambios catastróficos en los negocios, como la crisis financiera de 2007-2010.
