Aérospatiale-BAC Concorde / kɒŋkɔrd / es un avión de pasajeros supersónico jubilado con turborreactores o transporte supersónico. Es uno de solamente dos SSTs haber entrado el servicio comercial; El otro era el Tupolev Tu-144. Concorde fue desarrollado y producido conjuntamente por Aérospatiale y British Aircraft Corporation bajo un tratado anglo-francés. Primero volado en 1969, Concorde entró en servicio en 1976 y continuó vuelos comerciales durante 27 años. Concorde fue retirado en 2003 debido a un descenso general en la industria de la aviación después de la única caída del tipo en 2000, los atentados terroristas del 11/9 en 2001 y una decisión de Airbus, la sucesora de Aérospatiale y BAC.
