(reg.) 1. sare pisată, amestecată cu tărâțe, care se dă oilor și vitelor. 2. loc prevăzut cu un jgheab sau cu lespezi de piatră, în care se așază bulgări de sare pentru oi, vite sau animale sălbatice. 3. jgheab de lemn în care se pune sare amestecată cu tărâță pentru oi sau vite. 4. suport, din trei pari așezați cruciș, înfipți în pământ, pe care se pune sarea la vite.
