Clawback
Une clause de récupération ou de récupération est une clause contractuelle spéciale généralement incluse dans les contrats de travail par les entreprises financières. L'objectif de la clause est de garantir une option pour un employeur de limiter les bonus en cas de changement catastrophique dans les entreprises, comme la crise financière de 2007-2010. Le terme «récupérations de récupération» ou «griffes» peut également être utilisé pour désigner l'argent ou les avantages qui ont été distribués, mais doivent être retournés en raison de circonstances particulières mentionnées dans un contrat. Toutefois, si le produit échoue et endommage la nature de l'entreprise, même après la fin de la création du produit, l'entreprise a le droit inhérent de révoquer, de récupérer ou de reprendre une partie ou la totalité du montant de la prime.
