Incoterms
Les règles d'Incoterms ou les Conditions commerciales internationales sont une série de termes commerciaux prédéfinis publiés par la Chambre de commerce internationale qui sont largement utilisés dans les transactions commerciales internationales ou les processus d'approvisionnement. Une série de termes commerciaux à trois lettres liés aux pratiques courantes de vente contractuelle, les règles Incoterms sont principalement destinées à communiquer clairement les tâches, les coûts et les risques liés au transport et à la livraison des marchandises. Les règles des Incoterms sont acceptées par les gouvernements, les autorités juridiques et les praticiens du monde entier pour l'interprétation des termes les plus couramment utilisés dans le commerce international. Ils sont destinés à réduire ou à éliminer tout les incertitudes résultant d'une interprétation différente des règles dans différents pays. En tant que tels, ils sont régulièrement intégrés dans les contrats de vente dans le monde entier. Publié pour la première fois en 1936, les règles d'Incoterms ont été périodiquement mises à jour, avec la huitième version - Incoterms® 2010 '- publié depuis le 1er janvier 2011.
