Extorsion
L'extorsion est une infraction pénale d'obtenir de l'argent, de la propriété ou des services d'une personne, d'une entité ou d'une institution, par la contrainte. L'Exaction se réfère non seulement à l'extorsion ou à l'exigence illégale et à l'obtention de quelque chose par la force, mais en outre, dans sa définition formelle, cela signifie l'infliction de quelque chose comme la douleur et la souffrance ou de rendre quelqu'un endurant quelque chose de désagréable. L'extorsion se distingue du vol qualifié. En cas de vol, armé ou non, le délinquant prend possession de la propriété de la victime par l'usage immédiat de la force ou craint que la force ne soit utilisée immédiatement. L'extorsion, qui ne se limite pas à la prise de biens, implique l'instillation verbale ou écrite de la peur que Quelque chose arrivera à la victime s'ils ne sont pas conformes à la volonté de l'extorsionnaire.
