CHE SIGNIFICA IMPOSSIBILISM IN INGLESE
impossibilismo
L'impossibilismo è una teoria sull'insorgere del socialismo e una prospettiva marxista che sottolinea il limitato valore delle riforme politiche, economiche e sociali all'interno di un'economia capitalista. Essa sostiene che il perseguimento di tali riforme è controproducente perché rafforzano il sostegno al sistema esistente, contribuendo così a garantire la prosecuzione del capitalismo. L'impossibilismo ritiene che il perseguimento di tali riforme non dovrebbe essere una preoccupazione importante per i socialisti perché sono irrilevanti, se non controproducenti, al fine di realizzare il socialismo. L'impossibilismo insiste sul fatto che i socialisti si limitino a concentrarsi esclusivamente sui cambiamenti strutturali della società rispetto al progresso delle riforme sociali. Gli impossibilisti sostengono che l'azione rivoluzionaria spontanea è l'unico metodo vitale per istituire i cambiamenti strutturali necessari per la costruzione del socialismo. L'impossidismo è quindi in contrasto con i partiti socialisti riformisti che intendono rally sostenere il socialismo attraverso l'attuazione di riforme sociali popolari o coloro che credono che il socialismo possa emergere attraverso graduali riforme economiche attuate da un partito politico socialdemocratico eletto.
