Meze

Meze è un gruppo alimentare situato nel Mediterraneo orientale e in particolare nella cucina turca. Generalmente servito freddo È un elemento indispensabile dei tavoli dei fabbri perché viene sconfitto prima del pasto principale come aperitivo. Ci possono essere molti diversi tipi di sepolture. Mezeler karın doyurmaktan ziyade, hem rakının yanında bir lezzet hem de masadaki sohbette bir eğlencelik niteliğindedir. Bu nedenle sofrada küçük porsiyonlarda ama değişik birkaç çeşit olarak bulunur.
