Siphuncle jest nicią tkankową przechodzącą wzdłużnie przez skorupę mięczaka głowonogów. Tylko głowonogi z komorami muskują syfony, takie jak wymarłe amonity i belemnity oraz żywe noce, mątwy i spirul.
