Clawback
Uma provisão de clawback ou clawback é uma cláusula contratual especial tipicamente incluída em contratos de trabalho por empresas financeiras. O objetivo da cláusula é garantir uma opção para um empregador limitar bônus em caso de mudanças catastróficas nos negócios, como a crise financeira de 2007-2010.
