Kairomone
A kairomona, é um semi-químico, emitido por um organismo, que medeia interações interespecíficas de uma maneira que beneficia um indivíduo de outra espécie que a recebe, sem beneficiar o emissor. Esta "espionagem" é muitas vezes desvantagem para o produtor. A kairomona melhora a aptidão do destinatário e, a este respeito, difere de uma alomona e uma sinomona.
