Em matemática, uma superfície quadricular ou quadricular, é qualquer superfície hipersuperiorante D-dimensional no espaço dimensional definido como locus de zero de um polinômio quadrático. Nas coordenadas, a quadricula geral é definida pela equação algébrica que pode ser compactamente escrita na notação vetorial e matricial como: onde x = é um vetor de linha, xT é a transposição de x, Q é uma matriz x e P é um -dimensional vetor de linha e R uma constante escalar. Os valores Q, P e R são freqüentemente considerados números reais ou números complexos, mas na verdade, uma quadric pode ser definida em qualquer anel. Em geral, o locus de zeros de um conjunto de polinômios é conhecido como uma variedade algébrica e é estudado no ramo da geometria algébrica.
