Teletrabalho, trabalho remoto ou teletrabalho é um arranjo de trabalho em que os funcionários não se deslocam para um local central de trabalho. Uma pessoa que conhece os telefones é conhecida como "teletrabalhadora", "teletrabalhadora" e, às vezes, como empregada "doméstica" ou "trabalhadora em casa".
