Comoros i / kɒməroʊz /, oficial Uniunea Comorelor este o națiune insulară de arhipelag suveran în Oceanul Indian, situată la capătul nordic al canalului Mozambic de pe coasta estică a Africii, între Mozambicul de nord-est și nord-vestul Madagascarului. Alte țări învecinate cu Comorele sunt Tanzania în nord-vest și Seychelles la nord-est. Capitala sa este Moroni, pe Grande Comore.
