Cornett
Cornett, cornetto sau zink este un instrument eolian timpuriu care datează din perioadele medievale, renascentiste și baroc, populare din perioada 1500-1650. A fost folosit în ceea ce se numește acum alta capellas sau ansambluri de vânt. Nu trebuie confundat cu cornetul ca trâmbița. Sunetul cornettului a fost produs de vibrațiile buzelor pe o bucată de muștiuc. Este alcătuită dintr-o țeavă conică din lemn acoperită în piele, lungă de aproximativ 24 de centimetri, și are găuri de inimă și un muștiuc mic sau fildeș din fildeș.
