Douglas Richard Hurd, Baron Hurd de la Westwell, CH, CBE, PC, este politician și romancier conservator britanic care a servit în guvernele Margaret Thatcher și John Major între 1979 și pensionarea sa în 1995. Născut în orașul Marlborough Wiltshire, Hurd a intrat pentru prima dată în Parlament în februarie 1974, în calitate de deputat pentru circumscripția Mid Oxfordshire.
