Tetralogia Fallot este un defect cardiac congenital care este înțeles în mod clasic că implică patru anomalii anatomice ale inimii. Acesta este cel mai frecvent defect de inima cianotică, și cea mai comună cauză a sindromului copilului albastru. A fost descris în 1672 de către Niels Stensen, în 1773 de către Edward Sandifort și în 1888 de medicul francez Étienne-Louis Arthur Fallot, după care este numit.
