Teucrium
Teucrium este un gen de plante perene din familia Lamiaceae. Se crede că numele se referă la regele Teucer din Troia. Membrii genului sunt cunoscuți în general ca germanderi. Aceste specii sunt ierburi, arbuști sau arbuști. Acestea sunt cele mai frecvente în zonele mediteraneene. O caracteristică neobișnuită a acestui gen, în comparație cu alți membri ai Lamiaceae, este că florile lipsite complet de buza superioară a corolului, deși este puțin redusă și în alte genuri. Mai multe specii sunt folosite ca plante alimentare de către larvele unor specii de Lepidoptera, inclusiv Coleophora purtători de caz Coleophora auricella și Coleophora chamaedriella.
