Orașul Laoag este un oraș de primă clasă din provincia Ilocos Norte, Filipine. Este capitala Ilocos Norte și centrul politic, comercial și industrial al provinciei. Este cel mai nordic oraș din Filipine și locația singurului aeroport comercial din regiunea Ilocos. Conform recensământului din 2010, a avut o populație de 104.904 persoane.
