Kinmen sau Quemoy este un mic arhipelag al mai multor insule administrate de Taiwan: Marele Kinmen, Kinmenul mai mic și unele insulite. Administrativ, este județul Kinmen din provincia Fujian, Republica Chineză. Județul este revendicat de Republica Populară Chineză ca parte a propriei provincii Quanzhou din provincia Fujian. Este foarte apropiat geografic de Xiamen, nu mai mult de 2 kilometri. Unele insule din alte județe, cum ar fi Wuqiu, au fost transferate în jurisdicția județului Kinmen de către guvernul ROC în urma înfrângerii sale în războiul civil chinez și retragerea în Taiwan. Matsu este celălalt set de insule de pe coasta Fujian, controlată de Republica Chineză.
