Tuberculoza, MTB sau TB, numită în trecut, de asemenea, numită phthisis, phthisis pulmonalis sau consum, este o boală comună și în multe cazuri fatală, infecțioasă provocată de diverse tulpini de micobacterii, de obicei Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
