Utilitate
Utilitatea sau utilitatea este capacitatea de a satisface nevoile sau dorințele. Utilitatea este un concept important în economie și în teoria jocurilor, deoarece reprezintă satisfacția pe care o are consumatorul unui bun. Nu coincidență, un bun este ceva care satisface dorințele umane și oferă utilitate, de exemplu, unui consumator care face o achiziție. Sa recunoscut că nu se poate măsura direct beneficiul, satisfacția sau fericirea dintr-un bun sau serviciu, deci economiștii au conceput modalități de reprezentare și de măsurare a utilității în termeni de alegeri economice care pot fi numărate.
