झूलनी बैठक संज्ञा स्त्री० [हिं० झूलना + बैठक (=कसरत)]
एक
प्रकार की कसरत ।
विशेष— बैठक की इस कसरत में बैठक करके एक पैर को हाथी के सूँड़ की तरह झुलाकर और तब उसे समेटकर बैठना और
फीर उठकर दूसरे पैर को उसी प्रकार झुलाना पड़ता है ।
इसमें शरीर के तौलने की विशेष साधना होती है ।
