Pot

Pot - secreții ale glandelor sudoripare. Se compune în principal din apă, sare, grăsimi, uree, acid uric, amoniac, acid lactic, carbohidrați, minerale. Compoziția sa depinde în primul rând de faptul că este o oală secretă "întreruptă" sau secretă "în mod constant". Concentrația compușilor în transpirație crește odată cu extracția periodică, datorită absorbției reversibile a apei în canalele de evacuare. De asemenea, depinde de aportul alimentar, de condițiile climatice, de factorii hormonali și de condițiile de bază. Pot are un miros foarte ciudat, în conformitate cu unele contin feromoni, in medicina, dar se crede că mirosul de sudoare depinde de bacterii specifice, care se descompun transpirația, care trăiesc pe pielea fiecărei ființe umane. Pocenie się jest procesem stałym - w warunkach spoczynku i komfortu cieplnego wydzielamy niewielką ilość potu. Pracuje wówczas ok. 5% gruczołów ekrynowych i śladowa ilość gruczołów apokrynowych. Nasilenie pocenia się następuje po zadziałaniu bodźca cieplnego bądź bodźca emocjonalnego.
