FILIATION SÖZCÜĞÜ İNGILIZCE DİLİNDE NE ANLAMA GELİR?

Uzlaşma, aile üyeleri arasındaki ilişkinin tanınmış hukuki statüsünü veya daha özel olarak ebeveyn ile çocuk arasındaki yasal ilişkiyi ifade eden yasal bir terimdir. Quebec Hükümeti tarafından açıklandığı gibi: Uzlaşmak, ebeveynlerin aynı veya karşı cins olup olmamasına bakılmaksızın bir çocuğun çocuğun ebeveyni ile olan ilişkisidir. İlişki, kan, bazı durumlarda kanunen veya benimseme kararı ile kurulabilir. Bir kez filiation kurulduktan sonra, çocuğun doğum koşullarına bakılmaksızın hem çocuğa hem de aileye yönelik hak ve yükümlülükler yaratır. Telif hakkı, hem ebeveyn haklarını hem de miras farklıdır ancak etkilemektedir. Filasyon ile ilgili bir kanun örneği Quebec Medeni Kanunu'nda, Kitap 2, Başlık 2'de "Filitrasyon" bulunur; bu, filizlenmenin nasıl kurulduğu, iddia edildiği ve aktarıldığı hakkında ayrıntılar vermektedir.
