Kusma, karnındaki içeriğin ağız yoluyla ve bazen burun yoluyla istemsiz, zorla sınırdışı edilmesidir. Kusma, çok çeşitli koşullardan kaynaklanabilir; gastrit veya zehirlenme gibi rahatsızlıklara spesifik bir yanıt olarak veya beyin tümörleri ve intranraniyal basınç artışı ile iyonize radyasyona aşırı maruz kalma arasında değişen hastalıkların spesifik olmayan sekeli olarak sunulabilir.
