er suyu, ejekülasyon sırasında penisten çıkan, içerisinde erkek üreme hücresi olan spermleri bulunduran beyaz, yoğun ve hafif yapışkan sıvı. Erkek memeliler tarafından üremek için üretilen spermatozaları içinde barındıran organik sıvıdır. Üreme sırasında kadın üreme ovumunu döllemek üzere erkek cinsel organlarında üretilir. İçeriğinde yaklaşık 200 ile 500 milyon adet spermatoza barındırır. Ayrıca içeriğinde amino asit, sitrat, enzimler, flavin, fruktoz, proteinler ve C vitamini de bulunur. Kendine has yapışkan bir yapısı, rengi, ve yoğunluğu vardır. Çoğu insan menisi beyaz renklidir. Zaman zaman griye veya sarıya çalan renkte meni görülmesi de mümkündür, bu olağan bir durumdur. Menide kan görülmesi veya pembeye çalan renkte olması hematospermia isimli tıbbi rahatsızlık işaretidir ve acilen doktor kontrolü gerektirmektedir. Meni akıntısı sonucu ise boşalma gerçekleşir.
