Експресивність - це термін, який використовується в генетиці для позначення варіацій фенотипу серед людей, що мають певний генотип. Це визначається часткою осіб з певним генотипом, які також мають пов'язаний фенотип. Це відрізняється від пенетранції, що означає ймовірність того, що ген взагалі генерує пов'язаний з ним фенотип.
