Орендоване нерухоме майно
Орендоване майно є правом володіння тимчасовим правом володіння землею або майном, в якому орендар або орендарем володіють правами нерухомого майна за певною формою прав власності від орендодавця або орендодавця. Хоча арендатор володіє правами на нерухоме майно, орендоване майно, як правило, вважається особистим майном. Оренда є формою землекористування або власності, коли одна сторона купує право займати землю або будинок протягом певного періоду часу. Оскільки оренда є юридичною особою, орендоване майно може бути куплене та продане на відкритому ринку. Таким чином, орендований майданчик відрізняється від вільного майна або просту оплати, коли власність на нерухоме майно купується прямо і після цього зберігається протягом невизначеного періоду часу, а також відрізняється від здачі в оренду, де майно випускається періодично, наприклад щотижня або щомісяця.
