FALTS n. 1) Об'єднання листових листів шляхом складання прилеглих країв. 2) Вирізати на краю шматка (дошка, черепиця тощо) так, щоб її можна було з'єднати з іншою шматочкою (такого ж виду). 3) Ніж використовується в кожевенному заводі для згладжування товщини шкіри. 4) Спеціальні плоскогубці, що використовуються для витягування на взуттєві сторони взуття. FALȚ ~uri n. 1) Unire a foilor de tablă prin îndoirea marginilor alăturate. 2) Tăietură făcută pe marginea unei piese (scândură, țiglă etc.) pentru a o putea uni cu o altă piesă (de același fel). 3) Cuțit folosit în tăbăcărie cu care se uniformizează grosimea pielii. 4) Clește de formă specială folosit la tragerea pe calapod a fețelor încălțămintei.
