Archaismus
In der Sprache ist ein Archaismus die Verwendung einer Form von Sprache oder Schrift, die nicht mehr aktuell ist oder die nur innerhalb einiger besonderer Kontexte aktuell ist. Ihre bewusste Verwendung kann in literarische Archaismen unterteilt werden, die den Stil der älteren Rede und des Schreibens hervorrufen wollen; Und lexikalische Archaismen, die Verwendung von Wörtern nicht mehr gemeinsam. Eine Unterscheidung zwischen archaischen und veralteten Wörtern und Wortspielen wird von den Wörterbüchern weit verbreitet. Ein archaisches Wort oder Sinn ist eine, die noch einen gegenwärtigen Gebrauch hat, aber deren Gebrauch zu einigen spezialisierten Kontexten geschrumpft ist, von denen sie eine altmodische Sprache annonciert. Ein gutes Beispiel für einen archaischen Sinn ist die gegenwärtige subjunktive Form: sie ist nicht veraltet - sie wird in Konstruktionen verwendet, wie zB, ob es sich um X oder Y handelt und so wie es ist -, aber es wird wenig außerhalb dieser spezifischen Kontexte verwendet Ein paar andere, und seine Verwendung außerhalb von ihnen klingt altmodisch. Im Gegensatz dazu ist ein veraltetes Wort oder Sinn ein, das überhaupt nicht mehr benutzt wird. Ein Leser begegnet ihnen beim Lesen von Texten, die Jahrhunderte alt sind.
