Headnote
Eine Kopfnote ist eine kurze Zusammenfassung eines bestimmten Rechtsrahmens, der dem Text einer Gerichtsentscheidung hinzugefügt wird, um den Lesern bei der Suche nach einer Rechtsfrage in einer Stellungnahme zu helfen.
