Gula - in der Mythologie der mesopotamischen Heilgöttin und Hausmeister-Arzt. Auch unter den Namen Nintinug, Ninkarrak, Meme und Ninisin verehrt. Sein Haupttempel, E-galmah, war in der Stadt von Isin, aber hatte auch seine Tempel in Nippur, Borsippe und Ashur. Sie galt als die Frau des Gottes Ninurta oder Pabilsaga, und manchmal - von niedrigerem Rang - der Gott der Vegetation Abu. Gula war die Mutter des heilenden Gottes Damu und des Gottes Ninazu. Ihr Haustier war ein Hund, und die Gläubigen boten ihre kleinen Stein- oder Lehmhundefiguren an. Die Gulê wurde am häufigsten als eine Frau dargestellt, die auf einem Thron sitzt und eine lange Robe und einen hohen Hut trug. Ihre Hände wurden in Gebetsgeste zur Höhe ihres Gesichts erhoben. Oft zu ihren Füßen lag oder saß Hund.
