WHAT DOES METAFITA MEAN IN SPANISH?
Plantae
In biology, plants are called photosynthetic living beings, without locomotor capacity and whose cell walls are composed mainly of cellulose. Taxonomically they are grouped in the kingdom Plantae and as such constitute a monophyletic group eukaryotic conformed by the terrestrial plants and the algae that are related to them, however, there is no agreement between the authors in the exact delimitation of this kingdom. In its more restricted circumscription, the Plantae kingdom refers to the group of terrestrial plants, which are the multicellular photosynthetic eukaryotic organisms descended from the first green algae that managed to colonize the earth's surface and are what we most commonly call "plant". In its larger circumscription, it refers to the descendants of Primoplantae, which involves the appearance of the first photosynthetic eukaryotic organism by the acquisition of the first chloroplasts.
