Law refers to social norms or customs that involve the forcing of the state with the direct aim of maintaining order and realizing justice for the maintenance of society. Broad meaning includes natural law, constitution, customary law, order, rule, precedent, but in a narrow sense refers to law established under certain organization and procedures. There are many opinions about whether the essence of the law is norm or fact, or whether it is just or forced, but there is a characteristic of law that extends to both ideology and reality, norms and facts. The law is related to religion, morality, justice, and natural law in ideology and to politics, economy, history, and social forces in the real world. Therefore, when examining the law, one should not concentrate on one or the other of these things, but it is necessary to make comprehensive judgments considering all things. This is why the law is the etymology of the law. As it is said that there is a law in the place where society exists, the norm of social life guarantee and order is the law.
