Cheonghapjeong Cheonghwajuk (麰 麰 粥) is a kind of soup food that steamed leggings, dipped the dried ones in water, and kneaded them and mixed them with rice flour. The records of Ch'ong-juk are also recorded in the "Executive Economic Zone (Forestry Economic Review)" written by Suweon Ku in 1827. \u0026 nbsp; 청모죽 청모죽(靑麰粥)은 풋보리를 쪄서 말린 것을 물에 담갔다가 찧어 멥쌀가루를 섞어 쑨 죽으로 구황식품 중 하나이다. 청모죽은 1827년 서유구가 집필한 《임원경제지(林園經濟志)》에도 그 기록이 남아 있다.
