Proliferative retinitis In the retina or the papillary surface, the connective tissue of the connective tissue is proliferated in the vitreous, with a very abundant form in the neovasculature. It is divided into two types. The proliferating tissues are composed of glial cells derived from the retina and interstitial cells derived from the blood vessels (stromal cells). Diabetic retinopathy, intravenous peritonitis, intraocular hemorrhage with repetition, puncture ocular trauma, and non-macular disease. 증식성망막염 망막면이나 유두면(乳頭面)에서, 추상(箒狀) 또는 막상(膜狀)의 결합조직성의 신생조직이 초자체중에 증식된 상태로, 신생혈관에 대단히 풍부한 형(型)과 그렇지않는 형과의 둘로 대별된다. 증식조직은 망막유래의 글리어세포와, 혈관주위유래의 간질계세포(間質系細胞)로부터 이루어져 있다. 요인으로서는 초자체내로의 출혈과 조직증식을 가져오는데에 충분한 자극의 존재가 생각되고 있다. 당뇨병성망막증, 정맥주위염, 반복성의 초자 체내출혈, 천공성안외상, 맥없는 병 등에 부수하여 자주 볼 수 있다.
